This has made such a difference to my sleep overnight, I'm a light sleeper and was a bit sceptical, but honestly so glad i invested in a silk mask. The skin around my eyes looks better, my sleep is better, and I'm no longer waking up at 4:45am as the sun rises. Will be buying the pillowcase and scrunchie next!
