Shipping policy
How your order reaches you
We dispatch from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are usually sent the same day; orders placed later, or over the weekend, are sent the next working day. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves us.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs £3.95 for orders £0 - £29.99, or it's free on orders over £30. Express next-day delivery is £6.95 — order before 2pm GMT on a working day. We use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD, depending on parcel size.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is despatched. If it hasn't arrived within two working days, check your spam folder, then get in touch.
If your order is delayed
Couriers are usually reliable, but delays happen during peak periods or bad weather. Please check your tracking link, look for a delivery card, and ask your neighbours or local sorting office. If it's still missing, email us with your order number and we'll investigate.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout — we can only ship to the address provided, and we can't redirect parcels in transit. If you spot a mistake before despatch, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it.
If an order is returned because the address was wrong, incomplete, or unclaimed, we'll let you know when it reaches us. You can either have it re-shipped for £5.99, or request a refund for the items (minus the original shipping cost).
We can't take responsibility for parcels delivered correctly to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Changes to your order
Email us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel — we'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes once an order is in fulfilment.
